Collaborating with Chefs Carson Schiffkorn of Inn on the Lake, and many others, we will celebrate the bounty of the great north while sipping and savouring some of Canada’s best Whiskys & Wines. This weekend getaway is a perfect opportunity for an extraordinary culinary adventure. There will also be a house party, dog sledding, dining on frozen lakes and if mother nature cooperates (like it did last year), the opportunity to lay outside and watch the sky dance with the colours of the aurora borealis while sipping your favourite libation.
